A number of years ago I was overweight.  I had swollen knees and felt tired all the time.  I just didn’t have the same up and go that I did in my youth.  I had food triggers that were causing me all sorts of health issues and I was feeling the impact of menopause.

I didn’t know which foods to avoid to improve my digestion, and lose the excess weight that I was carrying.  I thought I was doing all the right things, taking vitamins, eating what I thought were the correct foods, but it just wasn’t working.

I am a busy mother of 4 boys.  I work full time and have a small hobby farm.  Time was scarce and the thought of spending hours in the kitchen preparing complicated menus and needing to exercise was off-putting. 

Luckily I found LTLA on Facebook.  The Program was straighforward.  The food was so easy to prepare and cook.  The recipes were tasty and simple. 

I saw and felt the results within a week!  My digestion improved, and transformed my body to where I was before I had my 4 boys!

I no longer struggle with menopause symptoms, my skin has cleared up and I have great body composition.

I’ve learnt so much about food, what works for my body and how simple, clean food and nutrition makes me feel.  Now I just love to share that knowledge to help others.

Not only did I turn my health around, I also found my passion & purpose, which has led me to become a LTLA Trained Mentor. I now teach others how to quickly & safely lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives.
