I love food, I love to eat, entertain, try new flavours and ingredients. Food is the centre of many celebrations and get-togethers in my culture.

In 2008, I had a major health scare. This led to me change my perspective of food and became conscious of my choices. Despite my efforts to eat healthy and be active, weight gain was inevitable, along with low energy, sensitivity to temperature, anxiety, mood changes, hair loss, and bulging eyes.

I tried various diets, plus exercise. My weight would drop but quickly come back. When I hit 79 kg, I had to do something. I was told that with my health issues, I just had to accept it.

I needed a solution that was simple, researched and sustainable.

I found LTLA. With the support of a mentor who understood my needs, I have kept the weight off. I am more confident, happier and I am healthier.

I also found my passion & purpose, and now am an LTLA Trained Mentor. I teach others how to lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives.

I will give you all the resources including our incredible support group with our Program Formulators, access to our Chefs in our Recipe Group, meal plans, food lists, reading material, videos and all the inspiration you will ever need and much more!
