I began my LTLA Journey five years ago, after gaining unexplained kilo’s that I couldn’t seem to budge despite an endless string of diets, over exercise and the emotional strain that the extra kilos brought with them.
I was spending large amounts of money on various ‘diets’ and feel that I had tried it all. My confidence was at an all time low and was unhappy with the reflection in the mirror, it was depressing. I had started using food as a punishment and spiralled into a binge, starve, binge cycle that made everything worse!
My friend and now mentor introduced me to the LTLA Weight Loss Program and I haven’t looked back since, the kilo’s fell away quickly and I have maintained my lighter weight for the past few years and am actually close to the weight that I was in my 20’s!
When I started the program I called it a diet, now I call it my wellness lifestyle. I no longer feel deprived of foods but have a new love of healthier nutrient dense alternatives. I am educated about food, where it’s sourced and how.
I have found a love of cooking, food preparation and nutrition. The program was easy to follow and meals easy to prepare.
My energy levels have increased, I no longer over exercise and exercise for me now consists of walking and reformer Pilates. I no longer feel guilt about what I am consuming and am educated about how and what foods impact me either negatively or positively, food isn’t something that I feel guilty about or deprive myself of as a punishment but now use food as a fuel that keeps me focused and at my best.
I’ve learnt so much about food, what works for my body and how simple, clean food and nutrition makes me feel. Now I just love to share that knowledge to help others.
Not only did I turn my health around, I also found my passion & purpose, which has led me to become a LTLA Trained Mentor. I now teach others how to quickly & safely lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives. Let me help you achieve what I have achieved.
