Hello & thank you for visiting my page

I had been overweight since my teens, despite being active.  This impacted on my self-esteem, something that I still struggle with.  Even when I was 8 ½ months pregnant, no one could tell.  I tried diets and gym programs, but nothing was effective or sustainable.

My mother died of bowel issues and she had been a healthy person – what was the point in trying?

I felt judged and ashamed of myself.

Because nothing had worked in the past, I didn’t see that anything could help me lose my excess weight.  Everything was too hard, too restrictive, too expensive.  I’d tried so hard in the past, but felt like a failure.

I didn’t want to have to calorie count and live on salad, to be hungry all the time or have to follow time consuming or complicated programs.

After joining the LTLA Facebook Group, I realised that many people shared a similar story to mine.  They were experiencing amazing results and were excited with the changes to their health.

After commencing the LTLA, I succeeded in changing the way my body was working.  I can now go out and enjoy a meal. I know what foods my body does not like.  I no longer crave sugar which has been my biggest hurdle to overcome.

I’ve learnt so much about food, what works for my body and how simple, clean food and nutrition makes me feel.  Now I just love to share that knowledge to help others.

Not only did I turn my health around, I also found my passion & purpose, which has led me to become a LTLA Trained Mentor. I now teach others how to quickly & safely lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives.
