Hello & thank you for visiting my page

Working as a disability support worker, I’d always tried to juggle things around to suit my family lifestyle. So many times, I made the wrong choices with my food. Especially when I was hungry and had no time to cook.  I ended up finding an easy solution by getting takeaway food.  

Over time, I put on weight, little by little.  I could feel that I was getting tired easily and had lots of aches and pains around my joints and knees.

I had tried other programs but as soon as I finished the programs, I always seemed to put the weight back on again.  I doubted that I would ever maintain the weight loss and stay at the weight I wanted.

I could not keep on spending money on other programs that didn’t work.  I knew that I needed something that would suit my busy lifestyle, but it had to be financially affordable too.

Luckily, I found LTLA and with the help of my friend and Mentor, I have turned my health around and achieved my goals.  Now my eating habits are healthier, and I have so much energy.

I found the healthier, happier me!

I’ve learnt so much about food, what works for my body and how simple, clean food and nutrition makes me feel.  Now I just love to share that knowledge to help others.

Not only did I turn my health around, I also found my passion & purpose, which has led me to become a LTLA Trained Mentor. I now teach others how to quickly & safely lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives.
