I have always been the tall and skinny type of guy, and in my youth I struggled to put on weight.  I used to spend hours at the gym and tried applying healthy eating principles from the internet, but I didn’t really know if I could trust the sources of the information.  Even though I was putting on weight, I definitely wasn’t gaining the healthy body composition that I was aiming for.

I wanted to reach my goals, but did not now know where to start.  I wasn’t sure if I was eating the wrong foods or simply not training hard enough!

I wasn’t prepared financially or psychologically to commit to a lifestyle change, since I was busy at work and saving my money to visit my partner in Brazil at the time.

I finally shared my frustrations with my mother and LTLA Founder, Esha Dwight.  She explained to me about the importance of gut health for gaining lean muscle mass, without causing inflammation and storing excess fat, which can be dangerous long term.  Following her LTLA Program clarified many of my questions.  I learned the correct portion size for protein, carbs and healthy fats; how to choose low-reactive ingredients and which supplements to take to maintain a healthy digestive system.

By following the LTLA Program and Lifestyle, finally, I was able to achieve the body composition I was aiming for, even though I was actually spending less time at the gym!

I’ve learnt so much about food, what works for my body and how simple, clean food and nutrition makes me feel.  Now I just love to share that knowledge to help others.

Not only did I turn my health around, I also found my passion & purpose, which has led me to become a LTLA Trained Mentor. I now teach others how to quickly & safely lose weight, regain their health and live happier, more fulfilled lives.
