I started my journey with LTLA on 14th August 2019 after watching my friend’s (Judith Barnett) amazing transformation on this program. I completed phase 3 on 16th December passing my goal weight by 3kg.
In the 18 weeks, I lost 18cm off my chest, 25cm off my waist and 16cm off my hips and the best bit is I lost 19kg.
I am a shift worker and work all sorts of strange hours so meal preparation was key to me being able to stick to the program so successfully. There were a couple of times where I did not stick to the program when I was at events where I ate what I liked and had a few beers! This isn’t a problem on the LTLA program as once it’s done, it’s done, no big deal. You just get back to eating the right foods and taking your supplements and things get back to the new normal.
I can honestly say since starting this program, as I once said to my Mentor Debbie Footner that I feel “Clean on the Inside”.
I feel like I have more energy, generally much healthier and my dodgy knees like not having to work so hard as they are carrying less weight!
It’s 3 months since I finished Phase 3 and whilst my weight has fluctuated a little, it’s only because of specific events. I went on a week long Family holiday and spent 5 days at the test match with my son where both times I ate and drank what I liked. I put on weight, however both times I lost it all again within a week of coming back just by getting back to eating correctly which is awesome.
