I’m a mum of two grown children, I’ve worked in the medical industry for over 30 years and I love to be active.
I considered myself fit, ran long distance, did HIIT, yoga, Pilates and felt I had a pretty good diet, except for a reliance on sugar. I injured the cartilage in my knee, and suffered for 9 months, but after following the Collagen Loading Program, I found that the problem disappeared.
When initially introduced to the LTLA Gut Repair Program, I wondered how much it would actually help me.
However, after doing just 30 days on the program, I noticed significant improvements in my health. Sugar cravings dissipated, more clarity of mind, reflux symptoms subsided and best of all, I lost weight. Losing belly fat proved to me that the Gut Repair Program agreed with my body.
In addition to this, after Collagen Loading, my knee pain improved, and the clunking of the knee joint no longer occurred. The LTLA principles have not only taught me to eat for a healthy gut, but also have kept me running, hiking and doing all the things I love.
